[ 01 ]  Our story

Two rooms,
one door.

Ember & Ash opened in 2019 as a five-seat espresso counter. Around year two the room started staying open past dark — a wine shelf went up where the pastry case had been, and the neighbourhood kept turning up for both.

We still roast in-house. We still pull shots the same way at 8am as we pour glasses at 8pm. The only thing that changes with the light outside is what sits behind the counter.
