Ways to workTwo tiers · five stages

Two heats, and five stages.

What each tier actually includes, how a project runs from the first conversation to launch, and what it costs you in time as well as money.

How it works

One pair of hands. Three consequences.

01/ 03
No handoff

Design and build are the same job

Usually a designer hands a file to a developer, who builds their best reading of it. Things get lost in there: spacing, timing, the animations that looked good but are a pain to code. I do both jobs, so there is nothing to hand over.

02/ 03
Made to order

Every site is fired from scratch

No templates and no page builders. I write the HTML and CSS by hand, which takes longer than reskinning a theme and costs you more than a Wix subscription. What comes back doesn't look like anybody else's shop.

03/ 03
Two intensities

Signature work and essential work

Either an ambitious 3D build or a fast marketing site for a smaller place. Most of the work is the second kind. Those get built just as carefully, they just need less machinery.

Two ways to work

Pick the heat your project needs.

Tier 01 · Signature

The hot floor

For launches, product brands, and anyone who wants a site people screenshot.
  • Custom 3D / WebGL, generative or product-driven
  • Scroll-built narrative and orchestrated motion
  • Bespoke art direction, no template underneath
  • Design and build by the same person, end to end
From a fixed quote, agreed before we start · timeline 4–8 weeks
Tier 02 · Essential

The steady kiln

For cafes, restaurants, studios and small brands around Singapore that deserve better than a template.
  • Fast, distinctive marketing sites, a few key pages
  • Motion where it helps, not on everything
  • Responsive, accessible, quick to load
  • Design and build by the same person, end to end
From a fixed quote, agreed before we start · timeline 2–4 weeks
The firing · how a project runs

Five stages, one continuous heat.

200°C
Stage 01

Discovery

A conversation about what the site has to actually do. Bookings, walk-ins, a menu someone can read on a phone outside your shop.

600°C
Stage 02

Design

You see the real design before I write any code. If it is wrong, this is the cheap place to say so, and I would rather you did.

1000°C
Stage 03

Build

I write the front end by hand. The 3D and the motion actually run in your browser rather than being a recording of themselves. If a piece needs a library, you hear what it adds to the page before it goes in.

1300°C
Stage 04

Fire & ship

Speed, accessibility, and the small broken things nobody notices until launch day. Then it goes out and stops being clay.

cooled
Stage 05

Support

I don't disappear after launch. Text changes, small fixes, and a hand when you want to add a page a year from now.

Light the kiln

Got something worth firing?

Tell me what you're making. An email is enough — it comes straight to me, because there is nobody else here for it to go to first.

  • Tell meWhat you're building, roughly when you need it, and a link or two you like.
  • You'll hear backWithin 48 hours, usually sooner. I'm in Singapore, so mind the time difference if you're not.
  • You'll getA tier, a timeline and a fixed price. I don't bill by the hour.
